Hábito de Memoria

Photography as an experimental lab – with an elegant and subtle processing, through the successive use of different technics, such as manual and digital paintings, the making of models and layouts, new takes with depth of field and focus, and polymer-coated enlargements – evolves into a tactile and visual carelessness that couldn´t be any more relevant to express the West´s synchronicity with fashion at the time, as well as the diachronic times of a past without memory about it´s origins.

Memory Cowl is part of the select art work exhibited at the Latin American and the Caribbean contemporary art exhibition “CHANGE”, in 2011 in Washington, along with Banco Interamericano de Desarrollos´s Cultural Centre (BID) and the Arte de Las Américas Museum.
